Max Moon – President[email protected] 916-214-4348

As the president of Lincoln Skate and Bike Assocation I wear many hats helping this small association/group.  The main goal is to help provide citizens of all ages a place to Skate and Bike in Lincoln.  That means working with City Council and members of the community to put a plan in place.  But Im apart of countless efforts from canvasing the town with flyers/donation boxes, to helping run/plan events and so much more.

Skateboarding/Bike/Scooters are overlooked and under funded so I wanted to take my life experience to help a community desperately in need when there skate park was abruptly removed for reasons we adamantly disagree with.

Please join me and help keep Skate/Bike/Scoot accessible to all citizens in Lincoln.

Here is the BIO for my professional side.

I am an articulate and enthusiastic communicator and set the bar at the highest level in meeting the dreams and goals of my clients.  I’m a third generation Real Estate agent and licensed with NMLS National Mortgage License as a Loan Officer and have been in the industry since 2000 so I my team and I can pass two decades of knowledge to you.

Navigating the complex path of offers, counteroffers, disclosures, financing, inspections, repairs and closing statements involved in today’s real estate market requires the guidance of a professional like me.  I’m committed to service with high emphasis on responsiveness, reliability and trust.  I provide my clients with all the information necessary to help them make the right Real Estate decisions throughout the dynamic market cycles of this century.

Having been a resident of Tri County area for most of my life I’ve been fortunate enough to experience all the great virtues associated with living in Northern California.  From the ocean to the beautiful lakes, mountains and of course our fantastic year-round weather.   I love spending time with my wife and two daughters and have many hobbies; Golf, Snowboarding, Skateboarding, Boating, Wake-Boarding and Mountain/Road Biking.

I’m also Director of Advocacy and Board Member for Northern California Huntington Disease Chapter www.northernca.hdsa.org and proud coordinate a Parity Act/Bill H.R. 1015 with congress and assisted securing cosponsor ships from Doris Matsui, Diane Feinstein and Tom McClintock.  I hold a yearly charity golf tournament for the last 5 years  and Im the 2021 Yearly Team HOPE Walk Honoree for my 8 years of helping.

Randy Carver – Vice President[email protected]

I am a long time Lincoln CA resident.  I am a husband and a father of three amazing kids.

When I moved to Lincoln roughly twelve years ago my children where young, the town was smaller and we had a local skate park that I was able to bring my young children.  My kids were able to meet other young kids from our neighborhood and surrounding areas and ultimately able to create for themselves a lasting personal bond with the community and its residents.

Fast forward to present day Lincoln 2020.  The population has risen considerably and is still growing exponentially.  With all this growth happening it is with my saddened displeasure to inform you that our small-town community skatepark was removed.

Because these unfortunate events took place, myself and other Lincoln residents and abroad banded together to create The Lincoln Skate & Bike Association, to become advocates for the health and wellbeing of the youth of our great city.  We will be creating awareness, and staying at the forefront of building safe, fun places to enjoy while utilizing the park to create an environment of mental and physical wellness, thought the building of community and personal growth, some key components that our great city is sadly still lacking.

Our association was birthed out of our city’s dire need for creative, healthy, free sports-based activities that our city’s youth and their families so desperately need.

Our association’s goal is to help the city of Lincoln make this new and improved skate and bike park a reality, for the youth and families of our great city to enjoy for many generations to come.

As the V.P. of the Lincoln Skate and Bike association am excited to see what we are all able to accomplish through our hard work and dedication to these projects.

Melissa Wagoneer – Board Member [email protected]

Hi, my name is Melissa Waggoner.  I am married and we have one son, who we have enjoyed raising here in Lincoln.  Our son has really found his passion in skating, he benefitted so much from the skate park.  When the skate park was torn down, I felt I needed to do something, so I joined the Lincoln Skate and Bike Association.  I am a Preschool Teacher here in Lincoln.  I have met many families and know that many people love to skate.

Tyler Kidd – Creative Director[email protected]

My name is Tyler Kidd and I am a 26-year-old business owner, musician, and college student in Lincoln California. My business Tube Edits focuses primarily on editing videos for YouTubers, but we shoot music videos and do other content from time to time. I play bass in a metal band Apollo’s Key for fun. I am graduating from Cosumnes River College, or the Los Rios Community College by Summer of 2021 with my Associates degree in film and digital media.

To escape one of my favorite hobbies is skateboarding, and I’ve been skating for over 10 years. I recently moved to Lincoln about 2 years ago and was very excited to see there was a small community skatepark. When it was removed, I knew I had to do something. I am thankful to be a part of the board and have the opportunity to make a difference in our community.
