City of Lincoln in March 2021 Submitted a application for a special community grant that would fund a multi purpose park located at Joiner park and first street. It would include a Kids area, multi purpose covered field connected to a stage, Community Garden, Skatepark and Bike Pump Track.
Lincoln Skate and Bike Assocation helped usher in Skate/Bike concept plans that were imbedded into the city of Lincolns master plans. Californiaskateparks.com is the #1 builder in the word with countless accolades like X Games and Olympics.
Now we wait. The results form the very competitive grant will likely be available end of Summer 2021. Every Birthday candle you and your friends/family blow our should wish for this to come true.
